The technology secret of Plasma TV is available between two thin mounted glass panels, which is the screen. The panels are created with pixels that are actually tiny compress gas pockets. Every pixel comprises of 3 sub pixels, consisting of red, green and blue phosphors.

3D Plasma TV is made so unique that each sub-pixel is controlled individually by using the advanced electronics, which is capable of creating unique sixteen million colors. As the pixel gets electric current, gas present inside the TV reacts, thus forming plasma, which again produces light. The light reacts with blue, green and red phosphors and provides a better contrast ratio and a superior picture quality. Therefore, flicker is quite less on the plasma screen.

For almost a century, Nikon Corporation has remained the top choice of casual and professional photographers worldwide. It has evolved over the years and is now owned by the Mitsubishi Group. Specializing in imaging and all forms of optics, the company manufactures products for consumers, governments or research organizations worldwide. Today, Nikon cameras are considered leaders in optical performance and digital technology from their latest DSLR models to their state-of-the-art Coolpix point-and-shoot. The company also manufactures quality SLR and DSLR cameras that promise to capture vibrant and impressive photos regardless of your skill level and the occasion.

There are a few other high quality camera brands in the market. A good example is the range of Cannon cameras with similar features to the Nikon line-up. Nevertheless, Nikon has always been the industry leader in terms of new innovations in optic technology. This is why large corporations and governments have always turned to them when obtaining the industry best in performance and technology is crucial. When the company was commissioned by NASA in 1971 to build 35mm SLR cameras for the Apollo Space Program, Nikon provided them with cameras made with new Photomic FTN casings that proved to be strong enough to withstand the rigorous demands of space flight and zero gravity.

Top features of Nikon Cameras

As any experienced photographer will tell you, digital cameras from Nikon come with two distinguishing features. These are picture quality measured by the number of megapixels and Vibration Reduction or VR zoom.

• Picture quality

Picture quality of a camera is determined by the number of megapixels in a camera. Nikon digital cameras come with no less than 5 Megapixels and up to 14MP. Basically the higher a camera's megapixel count, the clearer and sharper the images it will render. High megapixel cameras are generally used for professional photography due to their high cost.

• Vibration reduction

This is a feature that deals with the zooming power of a camera. This is an important factor to consider in a camera since it determines if your device can manage close up shots or not. A camera with at least 4X (VR) zoom should serve you perfectly well. However, if you intend on taking professional level photos, a powerful Nikon camera with auto-focus zoom will do the trick. A camera with a 5X optical zoom feature is great for close up shots, which is perfect for those important family moments.

Nikon cameras are also renowned for their long battery life. Although this feature is available in some other brands such as Cannon camera, Nikon has always led the pack with its use of lithium ion batteries. However, be warned! The life of any camera's battery will diminish after taking multiple pictures in unfavourable weather. The best way to ensure your battery doesn't burn out is to purchase reliable long lasting batteries. With a Nikon camera you're guaranteed to get the power you need and more!

A recent report from Dice and The Linux Foundation states that in the United States, the unemployment rate for tech professionals is 3.8 percent, a major improvement from 5.3 percent last March and significantly better than the 8.3 percent national unemployment rate.  Working with an experienced recruiter will enable companies to find the right person for their open positions. Candidates working with a technology recruiter benefit from an experienced and well-connected professional to help them navigate the labyrinthine technology job marketplace.  Now that tech companies are hiring at a scale not seen since the late 1990's the services of an experienced technology recruiter are more important than ever.

A superior technology recruiter will be able to demonstrate an ability to learn and grow along with the expanding technology fields. In addition, strong recruiters have the ability to engage with and properly qualify the top talent that will meet the needs of their client.

Since the start of his career over 15 years ago, Scott Robarge has been recruiting high technology professionals and building teams for a variety of technology companies, including Fortune 500 and pre-IPO clients. Some of his current and previous clients include Facebook, Airbnb, Cloudera, Groupon, LinkedIn, shopkick, Dropbox, salesforce.com, Oracle and others.  Scott Robarge's extensive experience allows him to help technology companies scale their organizations in order to meet their current and long-term talent acquisition goals.

"I'm driven by my passion to help people find what they're truly looking for, both from the client and candidate perspective, " says Scott Robarge. "I utilize my network, an applicant tracking system to mine our database, social media, as well as other resources to ensure I engage with the most qualified candidates for my client."

Scott Robarge's specific industries of specialization include consumer, enterprise, and infrastructure offerings, ranging from retail, advertising, social, search, big data, etc.. Over the course of his career, Scott Robarge has been responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including sourcing, defining sourcing strategy, college recruiting programs, qualification of candidates; managing the interview process, interview training, offer negotiation and the immigration process. As his experience grew, Scott Robarge was able to offer his specific brand of insight to hiring managers, training them on what to look for in a candidate.

"In addition to  engineers that have made good career decisions by not job hopping, the best candidates demonstrate a willingness to constantly learn and stay up-to-date on the constantly changing technology world by participating in open source projects on sites such as GitHub," explains Scott Robarge. "For senior-level candidates, I look for those who can demonstrate their experience in the software lifecycle."

The field of recruiting is one area where technology can never replace the human touch. However, recruiters are embracing new technology, specifically in the social media arena, to recruit the best candidates for open positions. Companies need to ensure that they are still able to get a good read on potential candidates, specifically those identified via social media, which can only really be accomplished by meeting in person or talking at length over the phone. That being said, in today’s day and age top recruiters need to be able to effectively engage with social media to continue to identify the top talent. Luckily, some best practices have emerged that may make the social media recruiting process a little easier.

"Especially when you're looking at college recruiting or recruiting passive talent for a company, social media cannot be overlooked," says Scott Robarge, a leading technology recruiter for several top Silicon Valley companies. "2012 will be an interesting year to see the new recruiting offerings that will hit the market using the Facebook social graph as it’s back end. Today Branchout is probably the best known, but many other applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools have a component that utilizes Facebook, for sourcing purposes and connecting people with jobs.

According to Scott Robarge, a company looking to dip their toes in the social media pool can start with the following tips:

Be Mindful of Your Audience: If you're trying to recruit mid-to-senior level executives, social media may not be the place to start your search. However, if you need entry -level, tech-savvy candidates, utilizing Facebook or Twitter will be important tools for engaging that talent," says Scott Robarge.

Incorporate Video: When recruiting those in Generation Y, consider using a video to describe your company – things that separate you from the rest. "Using attention-grabbing details in your video will position your company as forward-thinking, attracting the best talent," explains Scott Robarge.

Think Big: Take a cue from advertising agency Campbell Mithun, which used a unique Twitter campaign to test candidates for their internship program. They asked candidates to submit 13 tweets for 13 days, garnering a lot of press in AdAge.com and Mashable in the process.

"The bottom line when engaging with potential employees via social media is to always ensure you have an experienced recruiter engaging the applicants, as communication is paramount" says Scott Robarge. "Social media should be a key component to your recruiting strategy.
